Rental Car Village offers the services of hiring campervans available for rental from either Christchurch or Auckland. We offer three kinds of campervan to pick from.
Micro Campervan
Micro campers can be rented at the offices at our offices located at Auckland or Christchurch. The Micro campers Rental Car Villages most economical sort of motorhome that we offer for rent. The camper van includes curtains all around, a folding double bed, an outdoor table with chairs, cooker, utensils for preparing food and eating, ice chest, a container for water, power cable when using powered sites within camping grounds, plus weather proof light. There is an awning which slides over the back door hatch providing a private area for changing clothes. The awning on the back door is rain and wind proof and is designed to be attached to the ground.
Thrifty Camper van
The next design provides more space and caters for 2 persons. The interior resful and peaceful comprising of all around curtains. It contains a day sofa which adapts to become two single or one double bed. There is a cabinet with a fold down table is placed at near the back door of the rental vehicle for making a meal. Cooking and preparing meals is catered for with a twin ring gas cooker and grill. You can prepare meals while standing within a tent that fits ontop of the rear hatch. Catering gear contains a saucepan, one fry pan, fish slice, knife, plates, eating utensils, and a dish brush, and a towel for dying utensils. The vehicle also contains a container for drinking water, electrical cord to use in a holiday park, along with hanging light. The vehicle has a 1500 cc motor.
Economy Camper
The Economy model has a similar interior as the Thrifty model. Except this vehicle has a bigger 1800 cc to 2000 cc engine.
